In honor of the 149th anniversary of the reading of the Emancipation Proclamation in our area, the Season of Emancipation Walk Through Living History Festival will take place May 3rd through May 24th in various Tallahassee locations. Jarvis Rosier and Tonja Webb join us to talk about all of the events that will take place during the festival.
