Inquiry Concerning a Judge: Rosa Rodriguez

Judge Rodriguez was charged by the Judicial Qualifications Commission with improperly accepting campaign contributions and making false statements about the matter. The JQC has recommended that she be publicly reprimanded, be suspended without pay for four months, and pay a fine of $40,000. Judge Rodriguez has agreed to this penalty. The recommendation now will be reviewed by the Court.
