Statewide Impact

The Florida Bar has petitioned the Court to adopt new rules related to DNA testing of certain inmates. Arguments were held earlier this year, but the Court requested additional briefing on the relationship of the proposed rules to a DNA testing statute adopted this year by the Legislature. This is the argument after rebriefing.
