James Guzman v. State of Florida

Guzman was tried, convicted, and sentenced to death for the 1991 murder of David Colvin. A new trial was ordered because of errors, and he again was convicted and sentence to death. This sentence was affirmed on appeal. He now challenges the validity of his sentence.
