Advisory Opinion to the Attorney General: Slot Machines

The Attorney General has asked the Court to review a proposed constitutional amendment that would authorize slot machines under certain conditions in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The Court must determine whether the proposed ballot summary meets legal requirements.
