Facts: Manso was convicted of first-degree murder and four counts of attempted murderand was sentenced to death. On appeal, he argues that two of the attempted murderconvictions are not supported by the evidence. Regarding his death sentence, appellantargues that the trial court made numerous errors in ruling on admissibility of testimony,the propriety of arguments, and other procedural matters, in instructing the jury, and in itsfindings in support of the death sentence
