Style: Robinson v. State, No. 86,136

Facts: Robinson was convicted of first-degree murder and was sentenced to death. Onappeal, the conviction and sentence were affirmed. Robinson now appeals the trialcourt's denial of his motion to vacate his first-degree murder conviction and sentence ofdeath.
Claims: Robinson argues that his conviction and sentence should be set aside based onhis claims that (1) new evidence shows he is innocent of the crime of which he wasconvicted; (2) false evidence was presented against him; (3) relevant information thatshould have been disclosed was withheld from him; (4) his counsel failed to conduct thetrial effectively; (5) counsel failed to prepare for the sentencing phase of the trialeffectively. He also argues that the denial of relief should be reversed because (1) hispublic records claims have not been properly acted upon and (2) the proceedings belowon his 3.850 motion were not conducted fairly.
