Facts: Fisher was convicted of first-degree murder and was sentenced to death. Onappeal, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove his guilt of first-degreemurder; that improper evidence was admitted; that the trial court gave improperinstructions and made improper findings on the aggravating circumstances; and that thedeath sentence is improper for a number of reasons.
