On July 10, 1994, the bodies of 13-year-old Lawanda Campbell and 15-year-old Donnta Head were found on the county line road between Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties. In 1996 a jury convicted Donaldson of the murders, and he was sentenced to death. This is his direct appeal.
