Firemen's Ins. Co. vs Southwest Fla. Retirement Center

Southwest Florida Retirement Center contracted with McMerit Constructions Co. to build a retirement facility. Performance bonds were issued by Firemen's & other insurers. Several years later SFRC found latent defects in the structure and sued, but the trial court ruled the statute of limitations had expired. The Second District Court reversed.
