Facts
David Colvin was found dead in a Daytona Beach motel in August 1991. Guzman was arrested, charged with murder, convicted, and sentenced to death. On appeal the Supreme Court ordered a new trial, which was held in December 1996. He again was convicted and sentenced to death. This is his appeal.
