David Harrell v. State of Florida
No. 90,114
Two Argentinean tourists visiting Miami were attacked. They would not return
for the trial of the person accused of the crime, so the prosecuting attorney
persuaded the trial judge to let them testify via live satellite link. The accused
argues that this violated the right to confront witnesses guaranteed by the U.S.
& Florida Constitutions.
