Wal-Mart Stores vs George Campbell

Campbell was injured while operating a pallet jack at an Ocala Wal-Mart when one or two bird baths fell on his head. At the time, he also held a job at a Krystal restaurant. Campbell was awarded workers' compensation, but he differed with Wal-Mart and its insurance carrier over what formula should be used to calculate the award. They ask the Court to resolve this dispute.
