A Ft. Pierce police officer was stopped by someone who claimed people were using drugs in a nearby rooming house. Without a search warrant, the officer entered and observed two persons smoking crack cocaine. The trial court refused to suppress evidence seized because of the warrantless search, and the Fourth District reversed.
