enkins sued the Golf Channel under Florida's Whistle Blower Protection Act, alleging that he had been fired for disclosing improper conduct of other staff including sexual harassment. The trial court dismissed the suit on grounds Jenkins failed to file disclose the improper conduct in writing. On appeal, the Fifth District held there was no such requirement and reinstated the suit.
