Facts
Cotton was charged with robbery, resisting arrest without violence and soliciting for prostitution. After finding him guilty, the trial judge refused the State's request to sentence Cotton under the Prison Releasee Reoffender Punishment Act (see above). Tthe Second District affirmed, and the State appeals.
