Investiture of the Honorable Raoul G. Cantero, III


Justice Cantero was a resident of Miami-Dade County when appointed


Raoul G. Cantero, 42, will be invested as the 80th Justice of the Florida Supreme Court since statehood was granted in 1845. He was appointed by Gov. Jeb Bush on July 10, 2002. Before his appointment, he was a shareholder and head of the appellate division at the firm of Adorno & Yoss in Miami, where he specialized in civil and criminal appeals.
