THE TRANSPORTATION EXPENSEFALLS INTO THE BEGINNING PART OF THE STATUTE , AS A REASONABLE EXPENSE IN CONNECTION WITH MEDICAL SERVICES . SINCE MEDICALLY NECESSARY PART SIMPLY MEANS THAT YOU CAN'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO AN AROMATHERAPYIST , FOR TREATMENT , AND HAVE THAT COVERED , BECAUSE THE TREATMENT MUST BE MEDICALLY NECESSARY.REGARDING THE CLASS ACTION , I WOULD EMPHASIZE THAT THIS CASE WAS YES .
