WE DO THINK THAT THE 11th CIRCUIT'S OPINION MAKES IT FAIRLY OBVIOUS AS TO THOUSAND THIS COURT THINKS THIS CASE SHOULD TURN OUT, BUT OF COURSE THEY DID NOT RULE ON THOSE ISSUES.
