Mr. Greenwade was convicted of trafficking in cocaine and sentenced to 15 years in prison. On appeal, he argued the state failed to prove he possessed enough cocaine to meet the statutory weight threshold for trafficking because the state failed to test each individual baggie for cocaine before commingling the baggies and weighing the contents as a whole. The First District Court of Appeal upheld his conviction and this review followed.
