Summary:

Citrus Memorial Health Foundation challenged a new state law giving the Citrus County Hospital Board greater authority over the foundation, alleging the law unconstitutionally impaired the foundation's contracts. The foundation, a not-for-profit organization, has administered the only public hospital in Citrus County under agreements with the hospital board for more than 20 years.
