Elisabeth Goodner began her career in the courts system in 1990 and has served as the State Courts Administrator since July 2003. Ms. Goodner is responsible for overseeing the broad range of administrative, intergovernmental and operational functions performed by the Office of the State Courts Administrator on behalf of the appellate and trial courts. In June 2003, Ms. Goodner was presented with the inaugural Kenneth R. Palmer Award of Distinguished Excellence in Judicial Administration from the Florida Conference of Circuit Court Judges.
