Transcript:

Summary:

Mr. Telli challenged a Broward County charter provision limiting county commissioners to three consecutive terms in office. The trial court agreed with him that the provision, which county voters approved in 2000, violated the Florida Constitution. The Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed that ruling. Mr. Telli asked this Court to review the 4th DCA decision.
