While WFSU TV and FM are both operated from our headquarters at 1600 Red Barber Plaza, our member funds are distributed separately. Member contributions are used to purchase programming for the respective stations, so if you pledged during our FM member drive, your contribution is used 100% for purchasing radio programming. Some people chose to contribution to both TV and Radio, and some chose to be members of only one. Whatever you choose, members at the $40 and up level will receive our quarterly newsletter Frequency that shares news from all of our departments.
Sometimes, especially after our pledge drives, it can take time processing contributions. So even though you've sent your pledge payment or renewal gift, you may receive another reminder. Please disregard the extra reminder.
Contributions to WFSU are tax deductible to the full extent of the law, except for the fair market value of any thank-you gifts received. Your contribution is tax-deductible after subtracting the value of any thank-you gifts received. WFSU will mail you a confirmation of your contribution complete with tax information. WFSU is a 501(c)(3) organization.
