Fight Alzheimer's Early: 6 Steps to Keep Your Brain Young with Dr. Majid Fotuhi

In this hour-long program for public television, Dr. Majid Fotuhi shares his insight and awareness of how the human mind ages, and how memory loss can be minimized by a combination of diet and brain exercises. Dr. Fotuhi's engaging and charismatic approach addresses a subject that weighs on the minds of most Americans: How do you combat memory loss and potentially avoid the onset of Alzheimer's later in life? With direct and clear steps, he describes ways to increase an average person's chance of keeping a fit and healthy mind.

Dr. Fotuhi received his M.D. degree (cum laude) from Harvard Medical School in Boston, as a member of the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology (HST). He received his doctoral Ph.D. degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. He currently heads the Center for Memory and Brain Health at Sinai Hospital. He also has the unique distinction of being both a faculty member at Harvard Medical School's HST program and an assistant professor of neurology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. [MORE]
