Lashawn Gordon is the Director of Membership and Engagement at United Partners for Human Services. Working at UPHS she's been able to utilize her strengths to connect people and use her perspective to help to shape the work they do. Her advice to people looking to grow is to 'take the limits off.' She really believes that you can do anything when you start to see yourself there, and change your perspective.
