featuring the renowned FSU Jazz Studies faculty and special guest vocalist Inga Swearingen. Peterson then took the student group across the Florida panhandle. WFSU followed the group to high schools in Graceville, Marianna, Wakulla, and Tallahassee and for an especially uplifting experience at the Wakulla Correctional Institution. Not only did they perform in places where live jazz is not always readily available, they spent time instructing aspiring young musicians on how to play jazz and improvise.

"Those guys are amazing, " said Luke McManus, a student at Wakulla High School. "But the coolest part to me is they're so laid back and they're willing to come down to our level just to hang out with us and teach us. It's great. "
